NSW severe weather impacts

As heavy rain and strong winds continue, impacts to our mail and parcel networks across NSW, including the Newcastle, Hunter, Bowral and South Coast regions, may result in delivery delays in and out of affected areas.

The safety of our people and the community is our priority. Deliveries will continue where it is safe to do so.

We thank customers for their patience as we continue to deliver as quickly and safely as we can.

Make sure it's safe to send

Some substances can't be sent for delivery within Australia or overseas. Many common items contain prohibited substances that may be explosive, flammable, radioactive or otherwise dangerous. Check our guidelines to learn more about what's safe to send.
