StarTrack network, system and service alerts
23 April 2018: Essential maintenance that will improve efficiency and reliability of all StarTrack IT systems, is scheduled from 9pm on Saturday 28 April, until 9am the next morning, Sunday 29 April.
We’ve chosen this late Saturday, early Sunday, as the time that sees the least online traffic. But it may still affect some customers as all of StarTrack online systems will be unavailable including My StarTrack Online, the StarTrack website, and all tracking, lodgement and finance systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Of course, if we can get back up online earlier in the night, we’ll do so.
Please note that our Australia Post systems are not affected at all by this change.
