Heavy rainfall and flooding in several parts of Queensland are impacting our mail and parcels networks, resulting in some delivery delays. This may impact areas including Townsville, Toowoomba, Mackay, Cairns, Quilpie, Mitchell, Cunnamulla, Mount Isa, Doomadgee, Proserpine, Bowen, Ayr and surrounding areas.

We have resumed operations in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales and are focused on delivering parcels to and from the impacted regions as efficiently as possible.

Some delivery delays may be experienced as we work to clear the backlog of parcels caused by the severe weather. We appreciate our customers' patience during this time.

It’s important to package your freight correctly so it can be sorted and delivered easily and safely to your customers.

Some substances can't be sent for delivery within Australia or overseas. Many common items contain prohibited substances that may be explosive, flammable, radioactive or otherwise dangerous. Check our guidelines to learn more about what's safe to send.
