How to get your parcel

Your options depend on the type of delivery you or the sender selected.

If your card says the parcel has been taken back to the Post Office, you’ll need to collect it from there. Otherwise, use our online tool and select one of three options:

  • Redeliver to the same address
  • Give your authority to leave at the same address
  • Redirect to a different address
  • Collect from a StarTrack depot

Depending on the delivery type, you may also be able to give us authority to leave the parcel at an address if you’re not home.
