1 Next business day delivery is only available within the defined premium network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin) and some major centres.

2 Parcel Locker Terms of Use (PDF 397kB) apply. Collection time limits apply. For deliveries addressed to a Post Office Box or Australia Post Parcel Locker, you’ll need to allow one or more extra business days.

3 ATL can be preauthorised in circumstances where delivery is not possible or is deemed unsafe. In such circumstance a recipient will be “carded” and item(s) sent to a nearby Post Office (collection of these deliveries may be delayed by one or more business days) or delivered to an Australia Post Parcel Locker if receiver details were provided. 

4 Where delivery is made to an Australia Post Parcel Locker, an entry PIN will be provided to the receiver and establishes proof of delivery (POD). This entry PIN is regarded as meeting any signature on delivery requirements.
