StarTrack Road Express
Road Express deliveries will be made according to the StarTrack transit grid but delays may be experienced due to the expected high demand for our services. We recommend lodging your freight as early as possible.
Our lodgement dates are based on where you’re sending to and sending from. Select from the destinations below to find out more – and remember to send as early as you can.
Note: The date below applies to items sent to/from metro locations (i.e. capital cities). If you’re sending to/from a regional area, we recommend sending earlier.

StarTrack Premium
StarTrack Premium will continue delivering up to and including 24 December 2025, but delays may be experienced due to the expected high demand for our services. We recommend lodging your freight as early as possible and no later than the date below.
Note:
- The date below applies to items sent to/from metro locations (i.e. capital cities). If you’re sending to/from a regional area, we recommend sending earlier.
- Items exceeding maximum weight and size limits, or items that require manual handling (including dangerous goods), may result in further delays.
- StarTrack Premium services are not available on public holidays (including 25 and 26 December 2025), weekends and outside of business hours.

StarTrack Courier
Same-day deliveries for 23 and 24 December 2025 must be pre-booked at least 48 hours in advance (excluding customers with an on-demand agreement). Freight booked with less than 48 hours’ notice will be shipped as quickly as circumstances allow, but same-day delivery may not be possible.
Note:
- Same-day deliveries are for items sent within the same major city within a defined metropolitan area of major Australian capital cities.
- StarTrack Courier does not operate on public holidays (including 25 and 26 December 2025), weekends and outside of business hours except for customers with an after-hours service agreement. Costs may apply.
- Christmas Eve freight needing to be returned to sender may be held until 27 December 2025.
StarTrack Next Flight
Star Track Next Flight will continue to provide same day and next-day delivery up to and including 24 December 2025 (Christmas Eve). Christmas Day collections will be available for emergency health services only.
Operations will resume as normal on 26 December 2025 (Boxing Day).
