Our operations are being affected by high numbers of COVID-19 cases in the community.  
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 cases and isolation requirements, at any given time we have a number of our team members in self-isolation. In some instances our mail and parcel processing facilities may need to temporarily close. 

Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced.
